Og Anunoby had 23 points and Cam Payne broke in 13 for the Knicks, which broke a two-game Losing Streak.
Jordan Poole scored 25 points and Marcus Smart added 17 of the bank for the Wizards, who lost four consecutive games.
The Knicks were ahead 82-51 with 6:44 in the third quarter and sail to an easy victor before Washington, which has the worst record in the NBA, set up a wild comeback that fails.
The Wizards defeated New York 25-10 during the last six minutes of the period and followed 92-76 on the way to the fourth quarter.
